Eggless chocolate brownies

Ingredients
60 ml warm milk
60 ml curd
90 gms powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
84 gms butter
200 gms chopped chocolate
142 gms maida
12 gms cocoa powder
1/8 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
Instructions
In a wide glass bowl add butter and chocolates and melt it in the microwave oven till chocolate gets melted, whisk it well
Add vanilla essence, curd and powdered sugar and beat it well till sugar is incorporated well
Sieve the maida, cocoa powder, baking powder and a pinch of salt into the wet mixture and gently fold it in well
Add in the milk slowly and mix it gently to make a thick batter
Pour this batter in a 8" square tin lined with butter paper and greased well
Top it with chocolate chips
Bake this in a 180 degree preheated oven for 35-40 mins till the tooth pick comes out clean
Cool completely and then cut into squares
