This is a gorgeous indian desert. Traditionally Bread slices are cut diagonally into half, deep fried in ghee and served topped with either rabri or thickened sweet milk. I never ventured into making this as I was scared of frying in ghee and having it. I had this very different style in a pakistani friends place and I instantly loved it. No deep frying and guilt free at the same time, super taste due to the stuffing
