Eggless chocolate chip cake (with Wheat Flour)

Ingredients
115 gms powdered sugar
1/4 cup or 71 gms condensed milk
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup or as needed warm milk
1 tbsp lemon juice
157 gms wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp cornflour
a pinch of salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips coated with 1 tsp flour
chocolate chips for topping (optional)
Instructions
Whisk together flour, cornflour, baking powder, soda, a pinch of salt and keep aside
In a pan, melt the butter completely till light brown
Once cool, add the sugar, milk, vanilla essence, condensed milk and whisk it well till sugar melts
Add in the flour mixture and mix gently
Add in more milk if needed (I needed 1/4 cup)
Tip in the lemon juice and fold again, mixing well
Add in the chocolate chips coated with flour and mix it thoroughly once again
Pour this batter in a 7" round greased lined pan, top it with more chocolate chips
Tap it well and bake this in a 180 degree preheated oven for 35-40 mins till a toothpick comes out clean
Cool completely before you cut it
Notes :
This is a bit dense cake, so you may not be able to slice them, this is to be cut and had as a tea cake
