Oats Savoury Crackers

This is something similar to my masala crackers recipe, but this has healthier ingredients. I used multigrain flour and oats in this recipe and of course it is baked. These crackers are for your mid-morning snacking!

Prep Time: 15 mins

Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Instant oats

  • 3/4 cup Wheat flour or multigrain flour

  • Salt, to taste

  • 1 tsp Sugar

  • 1 tbsp Finely chopped coriander leaves

  • 1 tbsp Mixed herbs

  • Freshly ground pepper, as per taste

  • 5 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a wide mixing bowl add the oats, salt, sugar and wheat flour and mix well

  2. Add the olive oil and other ingredients and mix well

  3. Add little water and make a firm dough. Divide this dough into 2 parts.

  4. Take a butter paper, roll 1 part into a thick roti

  5. Take a designed cutter and make squares

  6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 for the rest of the dough

  7. Prick it with the fork, line it in a greased baking tray and spray olive oil

  8. Bake at 170 Degree C preheated oven for 20 minutes till it becomes light brown on the sides
