Vellarrika pachadi (Cucumber Raita) - kerala style

Vellarrika is the big cucumber which has an orange shaded skin and is bigger in size as compared to the small green cucumber. This is a raita which is made by Keralites and is eaten as an accompaniment to sambhar rice. You can even have it with chapati and a dry subzi. You can make this with grated beetroot as well
