I have been wanting to try a lemon loaf for long but the recipes I tried before werent satisfying for me.. Finally I found this on a pre-mix packet and loved the texture, taste etc

This is a recipe for keeps.. tastes awesome, wont say completely healthy as it has ghee but no maida and refined sugar
