Methi kadhi

Ingredients
1 cup fresh methi leaves chopped
1 tsp oil
To make a curd mixture :
1 cup thick curd
2 cups water
2 tbsp besan
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala
Salt as needed
To make a tempering :
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp methi seeds
1 tsp tupermic powder
1 medium size onions sliced thin
2 garlic minced
2 green chillies cut fine
1 tsp kasuri methi
Finely chopped coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
In a pan take 1 tsp oil and add 1 cup of finely chopped methi leaves
In a bowl, add all the ingredients and whisk it well
Add this mixture to the methi and start cooking it on low flame till it becomes thick
In another pan, take oil add all the ingredients for tempering and saute it well till the raw smell goes away
Add this to the besan methi mixture, add another cup water and continue cooking for another 10 mins till it becomes thick and all the flavours are mixed in
Garnish with coriander leaves
Have this hot with steamed rice
