Paneer Kali Mirch

This is a very tasty paneer dish, no spices except fresh ground pepper. This is set in a white gravy and tempered with rogan.. I came to know of this term only now.. rogan is basically chilli powder flavoured in ghee and tempered over kadhi and other curd based dishes
