Semolina & Vermicelli Dosa

This is a recipe which I found recently in a book and was keen to try it out of curiosity.. Ohh I just loved it.. More than a dosa I would call it a toastie as it is a thick crisp pancake. I already had roasted vermicelli so did not roast it with the semolina
