This is my amma's sambhar powder and I can proudly say that none of the branded ones available in the shop can match upto this powder.. the moment you put this in the tamarind water and start boiling, the aroma is heavenly..

I have given the recipe to store it upto a year but you can reduce accordingly. Use the same cup for the measurement of the ingredients
