Eggless Orange cookies

I love breads, icecreams, cookies made of orange.. Though I have made an orange cake which was good, I am yet to get that orangy taste out of the cake. i intend trying once again with the emulsion that I bought this time from India. These cookies were one of the best I have had and a must try. I am not sure why my cookies spread a bit even though I refrigerated but I believe in taste than shape :)
