Eggless Potato bread

I tried this bread for the first time. It seemed like the normal white bread but the subtle taste of the potatoes and the starch from the potatoes gave an awesome texture.. Infact the bread was so soft that I found it difficult to cut it into slices. A must try

Again the original recipe had 1 egg but I took the risk of trying with flax meal and no regrets!!
