Eggless Strawberry cake

This is not just the strawberry teacake, it has the strawberry preserve swirl within the cake.. this tastes just like bread and strawberry jam. I lived the texture of the cake itself, very soft and not very sweet. You can omit the preserve and add in finely chopped strawberries as well.. a recipe for keeps
