Eggless Thandai Cake

This is a gorgeous recipe, did not know how tasty it would be until I tried it. The kewra essence adds the magic in this cake, the original recipe had rose essence and cardamom but I would highly recommend kewra essence. I got a bit worried when the cake batter caved in while baking (if you see the shape it looks like a heart :)), but it got baked well and the texture was also superb
