Single serve eggless wholewheat chocolate chip cookie

Cook Time: 20 minutes


Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp ghee

  • 2 tbsp Jaggery powder

  • 2-3 tsps Milk

  • 45 gms wheat flour

    1/8 tsp baking soda

  • a pinch of salt

  • 1 slice of chocolate (for stuffing)

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence

  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder

  • a few gems or chocolate chips for topping


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, take ghee and jaggery and whisk it well to make it airy

  2. Add in milk and whisk it once again

  3. Add in the wheat flour, soda, salt, vanilla essence and the cinnamon powder

  4. Bring it together to make a dough ball

  5. Flatten it and stuff a slice of chocolate, seal it properly and reshape it into a ball

  6. Keep this in a greased shallow tray

  7. Top it with gems or chocolate chips

  8. Bake this in a preheated oven of 170 degrees for 14-16 mins

  9. Have it warm and enjoy
