This is an awesome super easy and healthy bread.. this recipe is for keeps.. You can make it totally vegan by using diary free yoghurt and milk

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Maida

  • 2 tbsp baking powder

  • salt to taste

  • 1 tbsp pepper powder or crushed red chillies for spice

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 1/2 cup mixed seeds (flax, chia, pumpkin, sun flower, black sesame seeds

  • 1 cup yoghurt

  • 1 & 1/4 cup milk

  • Sunflower seeds for topping

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients except the seeds and the oil

  2. Knead with an electric hook attachment to mix everything and form a sticky dough food processor (you can even knead it with your hands except that itll be messy)

  3. Add in the oil and 1/2 cup mixed seeds and knead it again till it becomes a little pliable (itll still be a bit sticky)

  4. Put the dough in a greased loaf tin, smoothen the top and top it fully with sun flower seeds

  5. Bake this in 200 degrees preheated oven for 35-40 mins till the top is slightly brown and crispy

  6. Cool completely and slice

  • I used all the seeds mentioned above
