Three ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

This is a very simple recipe that I found on a fitness page on Facebook. The recipe has egg and peanut butter, both of which have high protein. I generally do not like eggs in my cakes and cookies, but due to the pleasant aroma of peanut butter, this cookie does not smell like eggs!





Cook Time: 15 mins


Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup Powdered sugar

  • 1 Egg

Instructions

  1. In a wide mixing bowl add 1 cup peanut butter

  2. Add the sugar and beat well

  3. Add the egg and beat once more, and you should have a thick mixture now

  4. Scoop out small balls with an ice cream scooper and line it on a greased baking tray

  5. Make square indents with a fork lightly for a design

  6. Bake at 180 degrees C for 5-7 minutes or till the sides are light brown, keeping a watch
